EMTECH IPH GROUP offers industrial laser cleaning machines from 20 to 2000 W.
The machines are characterized by cleaning accuracy and repeatability incomparable to other technologies. They are completely safe for the environment and can be used to remove accumulated dirt on the surface of metal, aluminum, wood, stone, glass, concrete and more. Thanks to the fact that the systems are equipped with fiber sources, they are also characterized by a very long service life, exceeding 50,000 hours of operation. Each P-Laser has a special head with a 2D scanner – a patented solution that allows you to program the laser beam in any way you want. This makes cleaning and marking surfaces extremely precise.

The QF series has the reliability and flexibility to adapt to customer needs – they are the most valued and bestselling laser cleaning machines. They are characterized by compact dimensions and great accuracy, which is why low-power lasers are most often chosen for removing contaminants from injection molds or regeneration of tools damaged by corrosion and other troublesome dirt.
The QF series laser has 2 heads for manual or robotic operation. Both use a 2D optical scanner that allows you to program a variety of shapes – lines, circles or cleaning rectangles. It also allows you to mark surfaces.

QF Compact is a manual cleaning system which, after only a few months on the market, is gaining a firm foothold in toolrooms around the world. Customers appreciate its accuracy, intuitive operation, mobility and long service life. The machine is versatile and eliminates the need to sand, grind or polish tools.

Laser cleaning machines
The QF 200&300 medium power lasers combine the mobility of compact solutions with the surface speed of high power machines. So they work well wherever a higher cleaning cycle must be achieved, which weaker technologies cannot cope with. They are used in production lines, e.g. for cleaning surfaces before and after welding for painting.
The machines have 2 heads for manual or robot work – the client can adjust the solution to their needs. Both use a 2D optical scanner that allows you to program any shape (not only lines, but also circles or rectangles) and mark surfaces.

Laser cleaning machines
QF 500&1000&2000 high power lasers offer cleaning performance that no other technology in the industry can match. They have integrated water cooling of the source and the head. To ensure that the lasers can operate continuously and do not overheat components, they are equipped with additional head cooling using compressed air. The P-Laser system allows you to select 8 programs – editing them is child’s play using our Cleansweep© software. There is a possibility of wireless connection with any mobile device, which significantly increases the comfort of work in production – our customers no longer need cables to efficiently operate their machines.
High-powered lasers are distinguished by their incredible speed and accuracy in cleaning rust or removing all coatings. They combine performance with intuitive and fully secure operation.
