Quality of Laser

We had an interesting conversation with one of our clients, which showed us how important it is to prioritize quality and technical support in laser equipment. Over 5 years ago, one of our clients purchased a QFC-100W model laser from us. Recently, they contacted us because they accidentally damaged the cable. We immediately provided them with the necessary instructions.

It turned out that the client decided to purchase a higher power laser, 500W, from Asia due to its attractive price. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. The new equipment did not meet expectations – it struggled with corrosion removal, had issues with precise calibration, operated unevenly, and often shut down, requiring multiple restarts. Additionally, it lacked the service support that was provided with the purchase.

The client expressed their disappointment with the decision to change equipment and promised to compare our products with competitors, presenting them to their clients. We are deeply sorry that our excellent cleaning method, represented by our equipment, is receiving negative feedback due to improperly chosen equipment and lack of adequate support.

We often receive questions from clients about why our equipment is so expensive. That’s why we prioritize quality, reliability, and comprehensive technical support. Our first sold laser has been operating at the client’s site for over 6 years, confirming its durability and effectiveness. Before making a purchase decision, we encourage thorough research of the supplier, renting equipment for testing, and ensuring that it is suitable for your needs.
